I contacted Efrem at RugbyJobs.com in the summer of 2026 to ask him for his help in helping me find part time rugby coaching work. I was looking for coaching sessions with a school or club environment where I got coach the 13-18 age range. Efrem spent 2 weeks researching and then creating a shortlist of organizations whom he then contacted on my behalf and he arranged for me to interview with one school in particular. I am now coaching once a week a session with the kids at this school.
