Elite Women’s Rugby Physical Performance Coach
Welsh Rugby Union Group is looking for a dedicated Physical Performance Coach to enhance the performance of elite female athletes in its Women’s Senior Programme. The role involves supporting the design and implementation of individualized strength and conditioning regimens and contributing to athlete monitoring and performance data collection.
Located at the WRU National Centre of Excellence in Hensol, the position is full-time and permanent, with a salary of £35,000 – £38,000 per annum based on experience. The closing date for applications is June 12, 2026.
