Overview

Harlequins is looking for a Regional Rugby Development Officer to grow rugby across the designated region by delivering high-quality coaching, engaging schools, clubs and community partners, and supporting the Harlequins Community Vision and commercial objectives.

You will develop and deliver a regional development plan, increase participation through coaching programmes and school engagement, and build strong relationships with affiliate clubs, schools and counties to strengthen local rugby
