St Mary’s University Women’s Rugby Union Club is seeking a proactive rugby coach to engage and develop players, preparing them for BUCS competition and cup success. You will integrate new players into the squad and help embed a strong club ethos with positive values across training, selection, and match days.

You will work with coaches across the club, support player development pathways, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment that helps every athlete reach their potential.
